I have chronic pain (left shoulder and shoulder blade including left breast)(at least 9 or 11 months now) progressively worse at times it paralyses my left arm and i have to pick my left hand up with right hand to move it (male 56 yrs young)?

Pain & Mobility: Please see your doctor ASAP. You need medical attention. One possibility is a torn rotator cuff but there are others. Peace and good health.
