STI treatment: For sure you do not have active chlamydia while taking these antibiotics, and probably not gonorrhea. Mycoplasma genitalium is not yet known to cause any symptoms in women, only men (so far -- research still underway). Even with typical STI symptoms, many people have none of them. It is not possible to guess at the best treatment; you need in person care by an expert. Good luck.
