Over the last week or so i have an intense burning sensation in my abdomen when i wake up and/ or anytime i lay on my back. im addition to the burning sensation, i feel like i need to go to the toilet right after i go & often feel sick after?

The doctor will ask how the symptoms relate to meals, medication, peeing, or pooping. Gastritis, heartburn (acid reflux), or other acidity problem causes pain. Liver, gallbladder, or gallstone problems can cause pain. Constipation, diarrhea, pancreatitis, and kidney diseases can also cause pain.
