Unrelated: "Herpetic liver" is not a known condition. Herpes simplex virus can cause hepatitis, which can be extremely severe, often fatal, but is exceedingly rare. Other herpes group viruses (e.g. CMV, EBV) can cause liver problems. Otherwise, herpes doesn't affect the liver. The main neuralgia from herpes is post-herpetic neuralgia following herpes zoster (shingles), which does not affect the liver.
