See a surgeon: If it's gotten bigger, you need to be evaluated by a surgeon. An ultrasound may help determine the nature of the mass, but it likely needs to be biopsied, drained or removed.

Infection/mass: You must be seen and examined immediately: this may be an abscess or a breast mass which requires surgery. You will need a breast ultrasound and a mammogram as well as a surgical consultation.

Mammography: Since antibiotics have not help a mamograghy will reveal whether this is solid or cystic. If cystic it can be drained simply in the office under local anesthesia with fluid sent to pathology. If solid, ultrasonically guided biopsy should be performed
