Is there a permanent way of getting rid of fibroids?

Fibroid ?'s. : Unless fibroid tumors are symptomatic (pain, bleeding, fertility issues, etc.) they are not harmful. Surgical removal by laparoscopy or hysteroscopy, or as an alternative, embolic therapy to diminish blood supply to the uterus to decrease the size of the fibroids. Otherwise, surgery is not indicated.
