My cycle just ended yesterday and i feel cramping again. i went to the er for back pain and excessive bleeding, ultrasound showed all is ok. i had a fibroid removed 6 months ago. why am i cramping one day after the bleeding stopped? thx.

Bleeding, pain ?'s : Fibroids can cause "excessive bleeding", and removing only one does not remove all that existed. Heavy bleeding usually forms clots, which are firm and create both a stopping of bleeding temporarily, and pain as the solid clot is forced out of the cervical canal by uterine contractions , causing cramping and pain.
