I was told about a month ago that my liver enzymes are a little higher than usual and was given meds for it. dr said its not that bad but it was affecting me. im better now but suffer from bad headaches. can i take a panado? im suffering!

Low dose NSAID/T saf: Diclofenac is the most common NSAID identified causing liver injury, lt is dose dependent above 150mg. Paracetamol is safe in patients with chronic liver disease but a reduced dose of 2-3 g/d is recommended for long-term use. NSAIDs are best avoided because of risk of renal impairment & GI hemorrhage.Ibuprofen has the highest liver safety profile among NSAIDs and showed no severe liver injury
