I am experiencing some pain in my elbow, that leads to a focal pain around my wrist. i can make rosy although its a little hard. its the second time it happens this year, the first time i ignored it and my left elbow was completely swollen.

Elbow: The pain you are describing would likely be explained by cubital tunnel syndrome or neuropathy. The ulnar nerve passes on the inside of your elbow where it runs through a notch. The notch can get irritated or narrow and that can lead to pain. Some people call it "funny bone" pain. Not very funny when you the one hurting!
