Doctor can evaluate: Lower right abdominal pain in kids can be from several things. Appendicitis is always a concern (pain usually worsens over time, with fever coming on). If one is constipated for several days, stool can back up and cause discomfort or pain. Stomach flu or other viral infections can cause such symptoms too. One's primary care doctor or the Emergency Room can evaluate for appendicitis.
