Does the insomnia caused by lumox go away?

Luvox: If you're referring to Luvox, drowsiness rather than insomnia is listed as a more frequent side effect. As a matter of fact it is prescribed as a bedtime dose schedule. Less serious side effects of this class of medication occurring during the first week often resolve after 3 weeks. Discuss this with your prescribing physician or psychiatrist if you're still having sleeping problems after 3 weeks.

Fluvoxamine: Lumox = Luvox = Fluvoxamine. Insomnia can occur in up to 35% of people taking Luvox & somnolence in up to 27%. I am sorry but I was unable to find out specifics on resolution of sleep disturbance. Here is the medication insert: https://www.sandoz.ca/sites/www.sandoz.ca/files/9522-Fluvoxamine%20Consumer%20Information.pdf
