"Spotting" ?'s: If you are currently using low dose oral bcp's, "spotting" may come from not taking the active pill within the hour of taking the previous one the day before. If you are not on bcp's, see your gyn for testing and an exam. Polyps, fibroids, cervical inflammation can all cause "spotting". If pregnancy is possible, obtain a serum HCG test to be certain.
