So, with such a long list of possibilities, a doctor needs to evaluate.

Agree with Dr. K: You can help your cause by improving your muscle strength through regular exercise. Exercise, any exercise, at least 150 minutes/week with sufficient intensity so that you sweat at the end of each 30 minute session of exercise.
