It depends: This depends a lot on if he really was seeing another girl. If so, then you made a good choice unless you are OK with him seeing someone else, but even so his lack of honesty is a problem. If not, then your jealousy is an issue and I understand why he called it off and you need to see if he can forgive you and you can be less jealous.
