Pitted keratolysis on my feet and hands. please assist?

Dermatologist: I suggest consulting a dermatologist as most nondermatologists don't have enough experience treating this disorder, especially where your hands are also involved. We know some of the predisposing conditions leading to this foot infection, but the cause of hand involvement, in my opinion, is quite elusive. I want confidence in the diagnosis as well as in the treatment.
