Many causes: There are many causes of spots on children's hands and feet. There are viruses that can cause this, dry skin, eczema, insect bites, among others. It would be helpful to either resubmit your question with more information, or even better see a doctor via telemedicine or in person to have this properly diagnosed, so that treatment, if necessary can be recommended/and or proper advice given.

Hi,just briefly.2years ago.Hot knees started then hands/shins/feet and face.Recently I started feeling very hotter in my left foots palm one specific spot about as round as the bottom of a mug.This comes and goes a few times a day for about 2weeks.
My husband has extreme swelling in both feet and ankles and hot spot on his right leg the size of my hand. GP tested and said no clot. Any thoughts?
