Reduce stress and:: Stress-related back pain may be related to muscle spasms.Magnesium(esp. taurate or glycinate) and B complex often help,also relaxing herbs like passionflower and holy basil.A warm bath with epsom salts and lavender oil can help,as can acupuncture and massage.Stretching/yoga can help.Get adequate rest,learn meditation and consider counseling to reduce stress.If chronic see the book Back In Control.
