I had a miscarriage, after uterus evacuation i was told not to ha e sex for 6 weeks. ibwas due to go for a check up but i couldn't as i had an exam. i would like to know if i can now have sex or wait to go to the dr.

You can if all's OK: (As there is no scientific basis for recommending to everyone "not to have sex for 6 weeks" after a uterine evacuation) If you feel well,have no pelvic pain,no fever, no vaginal bleeding... it is really quite reasonable to resume your sexual activity whenever you are in "the mood and feel like it" unless you need special counseling for contraception,reproductive life plan or other personal issues
