I had a miscarriage 10 days ago at 9.5w that measured 6w. us showed 1,5cm tissue left in uterus, i'd like to ttc asap should i have a d and c or wait?

Miscarriage: First of all, sorry for your loss. If the pregnancy only measured 6 weeks, it might be best to wait and let nature take care of things, as the bleeding will probably only be a little worse than a heavy period. If you can't wait, you can have a D&C, but you will still need to give your body time to heal before trying again.

Depends: depends on your personal preference. The current guidelines allow for both medical and surgical management of missed abortions. Talk to your MD to guide you which is better for you.
