I have got a swollen lump behind ear. it's painful all of the day.. i get headache sometimes. what is it? what should i do please help me!

Painful lump: This could be an infected cyst or an abcess(boil). It should be examined by a physician. I suggest going to the hospital emergency room. It may have to be drained. In the meantime apply warm compresses.
