Swollen lymph: Gland with a fever and headache may indicate infection - viral or bacterial. You can observe for now and do supportive management- bed rest, plenty of fluids, fever and pain medicine as needed . You may be coming down with a throat infection, sinus infection or viral illness.I if condition worsened, you need to see your doctor.
