Get checked : You must have it checked. It could be a cyst or abscess . Both can be be easily treated , though without an exam and seeing this "lump" it is difficult to make an accurate diagnosis . See your doctor for a physical exam , he/she will determine what it is , treatment or alternatively determine if it requires referral to see a specialist or not .
