Sleep walking: Only way to find out would be to have a eyewitness. You can also set up a camera with mic and record yourself through sleep.

Eye witness not bad: .....so long as you're not trying to keep any secrets-- such as where you're going to hide the Christmas gifts this year etc. You might get more peace of mind from setting up the ipod recorder or something similar! Good luck!
