Doctor can check: Rashes and spots are hard to describe in words. Spots or "stains" may be part of an allergic reaction or maybe an infection. Generalized means the rash is everywhere; local means just part of the body. Allergic reactions usually itch, so no itching means it might not be an allergy. Stain marks may be due to external substances. A primary care doctor or dermatologist can examine to find the cause.
