Purpura?: Good morning, non-itchy, scattered red dots on the bottom half of legs, spreading on to shins may need an evaluation for purpura, a blood disorder, cutaneous vasculitis (immune disorder of blood vessels), blood vessel diseases of unknown cause, or platelet dysfunctions. All these conditions are rare. Most common conditions are associated with itching. If the rash persists, please see your doctor.
