Test is not for that: Pregnancy urine tests or blood tests are not for determining how long a person has been pregnant. The pregnancy weeks is counted from the first day of a woman's last menstrual period before pregnancy, unless she has irregular or unknown periods... in which case her estimated pregnancy dates are decided upon by an ultrasound scan around 8-11 weeks of pregnancy. Those scans are accurate.
