Time: Time will tell if it's routine pregnancy spotting or a miscarriage. You'll likely get those results, they'll be positive and then you'll be relieved. 25% of women have some bleeding/spotting at some point in their pregnancy, so just having some spotting in and of itself, doesn't necessarily mean miscarriage. Hang in there!
