I have a grainy feeling in my mouth and dry when i swallow. i noticed hundreds of teeny tiny bumps on the roof of my mouth and tiny white dots on my back inner cheeks. i think it could be due to burning my mouth on hot coffee? should i be concerned?

Bumps: I think you are right. Take medication for discomfort if needed- Tylenol or Ibuprofen. These bumps should resolve in a few days. Be careful with the hot stuff in the future.
