Hello i have mole like or is it a pimple next to my lips ! i dont know what to do ?

Hard to guess: Could be a mole. Could be a comedone. Could be a bump on the skin that has whitish stuff inside, but is not pus as in a pimple, but more likely a skin cyst that contains skin oils and skin cells.
