Would i benefit from an abdominal tap to remove/test excess fluids. because of the tightness in the abdomen area i do not believe it to be body fat. just had a stress test performed on 10/23/2019 and all results were within the normal ranges. ?

Imaging needed: An abdominal ultrasound would be at a minimum needed in order to rule out or in the presence of fluid. In case there is enough fluid a tap might help in formulating a diagnosis and offering symptom relief.
