Can contact doctor: A patient taking some sort of pill and is feeling strange should contact her prescribing doctor. They can discuss what "feeling strange" means, because that means different things to different people. Thus, a doctor has no way of knowing what one particular person means by "feeling strange." The same goes for "worried I have a blood clot." If doctor not available, maybe see Urgent Care or ER.
