I had just put two lubricating eyedrops in each of my eyes when a microwave turned on for two minutes. i was about eight steps away, eyes open and completely wet from the drops. will this in any way cause a cancer risk or other disease to my eyes?

No problem: Microwave output from your oven is well shielded when the door is closed and of course your oven will not run until the door is closed. You will experience no short or longterm problems from this event you describe.
