Hi, i am 12 weeks pregnant and since yesterday i have been feeling very light headed and experianced drowsiness, yesterday i took my sugar levels and it was so high it did not read on the monitor, today i took it again and it and its 3.9.

12w pregnant ?'s: "Light headed with drowsiness" can be caused by anemia. Your blood glucose level can not be "3.9", although if you are a diabetic, you should have this checked as well as a complete blood count to determine if anemia is present. See your OB physician for these determinations.
