Tension headache : This could be a Tension headache , however Tension may be a precipitating factor for a migraine headache . Monitor the situation Keep a headache diary , what makes it worse , what makes it better snd seek treatment from your PCP . There are several good drugs to stop a migraine . Also monitor for fever .
