A member asked:

Does my height stop growing when i do workouts like weight lifting?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

No: Most people reach their maximum height in their late teens. Without nutritional problems or chronic childhood illnesses, height is largely based on genetics and parental heights. Aside from eating right, exercising, sleeping well, and being happy, there's not much a person nor his doctor can do to change his height destiny. For a guy in his 30's, there is no need to think about height growth.
