Easily: Fruit is good for you, no doubt. Just pay attention to the frequency you eat fruits with more acid content like citrus fruits. Provided you brush and floss your teeth regularly, you should have no problems. If eating acidic fruits is something you cannot avoid, try rinsing after eating them with a solution of 20 oz. Water and 1 tbsp. Baking soda. This should help neutralize the acids.
