Pelvic pain: Pain in the lower abdomen (pelvic pain) is not likely due to a UTI. Any unexplained abdominal or pelvic pain should be professionally evaluated. There are many possible causes, but along with other UTI-like symptoms, such as painful or urgent urination, an STD causing pelvic inflammatory disease (PID, fallopian tube infection) is a concern. So don't delay -- see a doctor ASAP. Good luck!
