Two hours ago i had minor arrhythmia, minor chest pain, hr was 130 (my normal is 60-70 while working, according to fitbit), blood pressure 14/9(normal 11/07). it lasted about 3 minutes. was it anxiety? should i seek emergency care now?

Arrythmia: If you did have some symptoms when the incident occured then you must see a physician. At this young age, although cardiac problems are not very common but it is always better to get evaluated. Take care.
