I have a jaw pain, the pain get worse when i open or when am chewing. this pain is causing a tooth ache as well. it is close to ear just on top of my left cheek. please assist?

Neurologic or TMJ: May be neurologic. See your GP, Urgent care, or ER immediately, especially if you have any other muscle impairment, slurred speech, difficulty swallowing/talking. If neurologic cause ruled out see your Dentist for evaluation and treatment or referral. some symptoms may be due to oral infection and/or TMJ.
