Within 3 min of sitting down my heart rate will be come 53-59bpm. its guaranteed itll hit that range. all the time. is this normal? is there any symptoms to accompany it that will indicate i need a doctor? 6ft tall 280lbs. male. white.

Conditioned Athlete: At age 32y/o if one is athletic or does physical workout, pulse between 53-59 could be quite normal as a " conditioned Athlete's heart rate." One does not have to have symptoms. If these heart rates are new, however, one should see PCP for basic medical check up.
