Vague statement but: Rashes and spots are difficult to describe in words. Generalized spots may be part of an infection, allergic reaction, dry sensitive skin, or other condition. Generalized means the rash is all over the body. Whitish spots can mean decreased pigment, or tiny pustules of folliculitis, or dry eczema patches, etc... A primary care doctor or dermatologist can examine to find a diagnosis and treatment.
