Miscarriage? : Successive weekly HCG levels at this point are usually higher than your information provides. While this indicated progressive growth, continuation of measurements is certainly necessary. A pelvic ultrasound may also be reassuring, so ask you OB MD for this test.

HCG: You are right that HCG is not doubling as expected. Please discuss your specific case with a physician. It will be helpful if you have report of ultrasound as well. Good luck!
