Must check the heart: Any person in her 30's-40's with chest pain and left arm or hand symptoms has to go to her doctor or the ER to be checked for a heart attack pain. That means not waiting at home to see if it turns bad. As the saying goes, "better safe than sorry." In one's 30's, other things are likely instead of heart attacks... such as myocarditis, lung problems, musculoskeletal problems, nerve pain, etc...
