I've been experiencing minor pains in my chest and abdomen when i'm resting before bed. my left arm/shoulder has been hurting and numb for a week.

Many possibilities &: too little information to offer much help. Given age, build, unspecified health issues [measured lipoproteins (not cholesterol) concentrations, HbA1c, BP, build, previous activity levels, food choices, etc.] cardiovascular disease (which typically begins in later childhood) could be a possibility at age 34, yet there are many other possibilities.
