Ovarian cyst ?'s: Ovarian volume of over 10 is indicative of an ovarian cyst. There is no information about whether this ovary has complex components, so a repeat pelvic ultrasound may be required to rule out complex constituency of the ovary. If contents are complex, this may require a biopsy or removal of the cyst.
