On effexor 225mg, history anxiety/panic. was on cymbalta 60mg for years had a relapse was put on effexor. anxiety and frequent ectopics (pvcs) causing more anxiety.is the effexor causing pvcs or anxiety? should i consider switching back to cymbalta?

PVC's: I would expect anxiety would be more likely to cause PVC's, but if you wish to try going back to cymbalta, you would have to be supervised and directed by your prescribing physician or psychiatrist in making the switch. Perhaps the PVC's are causing or aggravating your anxiety in which case a cardiology consultation is advisable.
