Doctor can examine: Breast pain, nipple inflammation, dimpling, firmness or lump, etc..., found in a woman's breast in her middle or late 30's should be examined by her primary care doctor. If cancer is suspected, special studies can be done. If the problem is found not to be cancer (such as a benign nipple or breast skin problem), her doctor can offer advice and treatment too.
