Probably.: Assuming you're female, it's very common although they aren't usually quite as large as most hand veins. Breast veins can become very prominent during pregnancy or if you have implants. If you're not pregnant and you want to eliminate them, you can see a vein doctor who can easily treat them, usually with as simple method called sclerotherapy.
