I just took dayquil this morning and my period started, so i took some midol. i didnt think until after that there could be negative interactions. is there anything i should be worried about?

Double dosing: Dayquil, Nyquil, and Midol all have acetaminophen (the ingredient of Tylenol). That means one should not use both Dayquil and Midol unless one uses half the recommended dosing for each, such as using Dayquil the first half of the day and using Midol the second half of the day. The goal is to avoid excess acetaminophen. Accidentally doubled acetaminophen for just 2-3 doses should not be dangerous.
