Is it possible for me to take midol and dayquil?

Not a good idea: Not a good idea midol contain 500 mgm of Acetaminophen and dayquil contains Acetaminophen 325 mgm in 15 ml it also depends on how many times a day you take midol/or extended relief midol.If in doubt ask your doctor.
